Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.
\n
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys while adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and maintain clear and thorough records of client progress.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Coordinate referrals to other specialists or resources when necessary to support clients’ comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Your role as an LMFT will be pivotal in creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong therapeutic skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Ability to create individualized treatment strategies that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing therapy in a community health or clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with addiction and co-occurring disorders, utilizing knowledge of evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
