Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients sort through their thoughts and feelings.

• Serve as a dedicated patient advocate, assisting clients in defining their mental health goals and developing actionable strategies for achieving them.

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Create and maintain comprehensive patient assessments, documenting progress, adjustments to treatment plans, and client feedback in a clear and organized manner.

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of 2 years experience practicing independently in a mental health setting, demonstrating a track record of successful client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
