Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach in the care and treatment of each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that young individuals receive timely and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are current and complete.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Experience and comfort in delivering both individual and family therapy, with a focus on the unique needs of young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
