This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility and the ability to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Although the majority of client interactions will occur virtually, our center operates an outpatient office where we collaborate with our team of professionals and provide in-house credentialing and support for insurance participation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, creating tailored intervention strategies aligned with clients’ needs.

• Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient evaluations, treatment plans, and care coordination through documentation and meetings.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies that resonate with the unique needs of each client.

• Provide case management services, actively collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation in accordance with departmental standards to maintain compliance and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health disruptions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience delivering mental health counseling or therapy in an outpatient or community-based setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
