Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of students and their familial dynamics to develop individualized treatment plans that address unique mental health challenges.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy when needed.

• Work collaboratively with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach that supports students' academic and emotional success.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment methodologies employed, and any updates to treatment plans in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Candidates must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
