Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting that fosters a healthy work-life balance. As a full-time employee, your schedule will be from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to manage your professional responsibilities effectively while ensuring time for personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust-based relationships and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and situations.
\n
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment details for all clients.
\n
• Utilize various digital tools and systems, such as RMS, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client information effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of outpatient clients looking for mental health support. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life challenges. You will engage with clients in a manner that respects their unique backgrounds, ensuring a tailored therapeutic experience that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.

• Proficiency in using computer applications and systems relevant to counseling and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
