The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some evening hours required on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and substance use challenges, effectively identifying co-occurring disorders to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches while focusing on their unique needs and goals.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), aimed at fostering emotional regulation and enhancing coping strategies.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide coordinated care that ensures comprehensive support for our clients.

• Regularly assess clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, maintaining a focus on sustainable recovery from co-occurring disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing treatment compliance and ongoing support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapies designed specifically for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT).

• Strong understanding of the interplay between mental health conditions and substance use, enabling a comprehensive therapeutic approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in integrated care settings or specialized training in co-occurring disorder treatment methods will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a competitive sign-on bonus.
