Our operating hours are designed to accommodate a harmonious work-life balance, running Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to thoroughly understand their mood disorder symptoms, including intensity and duration, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and treatment history.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and coping.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve therapeutic strategies and outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and therapeutic interventions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Advocate for clients and promote mental health awareness within the community, striving to reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Your insights and interventions will be crucial in supporting their recovery journeys and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist in the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
