Sales Executive - Healthcare Payers - $125K / $250 OTE (Tampa Hybrid)

\n \n$125K base + commission - $250K+ OTE (uncapped). *Hybrid 3x week in Tampa FL.
\n \nThis Sales Executive role is not a leadership role, it's a full sales cycle Individual Contributor. You will run your own desk and be responsible for generating sales from new logos to existing clients. You'll reach out to a variety of healthcare prospects to determine if our enterprise software platform or product solutions can solve their specific business problems. You'll be prospecting nationally to engage and bring new customers to the company and work on B2B accounts, researching and generating your own leads. You'll engage with C-level prospects at organizations in your assigned region.
\n \nQualifications
\n• 3 years experience selling software in the Healthcare space, preferably selling enterprise or platform-based software solutions
\n• Broad understanding of the health care regulations affecting risk-bearing entities
\n• Proven experience selling to C-level executives nationally
\n• Proven record of exceeding sales quota
\n• Experience with SalesForce CRM, Hubspot, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
\n•BS/BA degree preferred
\n \nResponsibilities
\nThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales from new logos and existing customers for the company including:
\n•End-to-End Sales process for assigned regions
\n•Develop and commit to detailed sales plan aligned to quarterly targets
\n•Creates and updates a pipeline utilizing salesforce.com
\n•Contribute to end-to-End coordination of RFI/RFP process
\n•Interface with the internal presales teams post identifying and qualifying the opportunity and drive the customer engagement along with the presales teams to close the deals
\n•Works with presales team to ensure client requirements are addressed during demonstrations
\n•Effective communication and follow-up to ensure momentum is not lost (external and internal)
\n•Travel to conferences and/or clients to help generate leads
\n•Travel to corporate office for Quarterly Business meetings
\n•Keeps up to date records of sales information
\n•Works as an important member of the Sales and Marketing team
\n•Enlists the support of product management, marketing, client services, legal, finance and other sales and management resources as needed
\n• Closely coordinates company executive involvement with client management as appropriate
