Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methods suited to clients' unique needs.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Better Self Therapy, you will predominantly work with a diverse client population experiencing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
