Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s unique mental health status and specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult clients ages 18 and up, experiencing a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a requirement.

• Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.

• Must have no history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing boards, ensuring trust and integrity in practice.
