Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories, performing necessary physical assessments, and documenting findings to outline effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting for their rehabilitation journey.
• Expertly implement treatment protocols based on evaluation insights while remaining adaptable to the evolving healthcare landscape and the specific needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to address patient needs, making necessary adjustments to the care plan promptly when changes in a patient's condition are observed.
• Manage appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of the patient's care path, from initial evaluation to discharge summaries.
• Exhibit strong time management skills, maintaining productivity benchmarks, patient scheduling, and timeliness for appointments and team meetings.
• Engage actively in community outreach and marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility and accessibility within the community.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the clinic while serving as a mentor to upcoming therapists and students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population served by Scripps encompasses a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, postoperative rehabilitation, and age-related physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license for the State of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
