Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health status, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, ensuring culturally responsive care.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and equip clients with effective coping mechanisms.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and specialists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes and participate in case consultations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and confidentiality in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a variety of clients who may be dealing with issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to address their challenges and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of experience working in mental health, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and the ability to adapt to new technologies seamlessly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
