Work Environment\n

This Full-Time position operates remotely with visits to our outpatient office when necessary. You will be part of a thriving outpatient treatment center that specializes in evidence-based therapies for young adults between the ages of 18 to 30. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Sun River Behavioral Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn collectively in a safe and supportive environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to address clients' unique challenges, guiding them in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating on Treatment Planning: Work with clients to create customized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their needs, ensuring each individual receives personalized care that aligns with their personal aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure the best possible results.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensure: Current LPCC licensure is required.

• Experience: A minimum of one year of direct experience in providing mental health treatment, with a focus on mood disorders in both outpatient and residential contexts.
