Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Paths Psychotherapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of students and developing tailored treatment plans using solution-focused and evidence-based interventions.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions for students dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Collaborating effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated support system for students.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic approaches and improve overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school aged children. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
