Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and deliver personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated delivery of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to consistently enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes.

• Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower their journey towards wellness.

• Stay updated with the latest research developments in mental health to continuously improve clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing care to children and adolescents within the school setting, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a critical role in supporting students and families in overcoming barriers to learning and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
\n
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Proven capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in school-based mental health settings, familiarity with IEP processes, and a background in working with children and families will be highly regarded. Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
