Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility will involve working with couples and families to address a variety of issues. You will engage in both joint and individual therapeutic sessions, employing various evidence-based practices to foster healthier relationships. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' emotional and behavioral health needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics of each couple or family.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address critical issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of challenges, including substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, job-related stress, medical issues, and the adjustment processes surrounding separation and divorce.

• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Staying abreast of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance practice efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will cater to a broad client population, including individuals, couples, and families.
