Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy and counseling services either remotely or in community settings, ensuring all interactions meet program and funding contractual guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement individualized care plans for clients and their families, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment.

• Demonstrate cultural competence by actively engaging with clients and families to understand their specific linguistic and cultural needs, developing tailored treatment approaches.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including educational institutions and community organizations, to ensure seamless integration of services.

• Manage billing requirements and documentation in accordance with agency standards and program expectations to maintain operational integrity.

• Participate in on-call rotation if required and provide after-hours support based on program needs, potentially obtaining LPS designation.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and training sessions to contribute to program development and enhance your professional skills.
