Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, from young adults navigating the complexities of modern life to individuals grappling with severe mental health challenges. The ideal candidate should demonstrate empathy and cultural competence, understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our patient population. Experience working with individuals facing substance use disorders, eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders will be highly regarded.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of experience in the mental health field with a proven track record of effective client engagement and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
