Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling services utilizing established mental health theories and techniques that address the needs of clients.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions that empower clients by providing critical information about mental health, emotional challenges, and coping strategies.

• Actively participate in team staffing and case conference meetings, contributing insights about client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate personal development by assessing client needs, setting therapeutic goals, and employing interventions that address issues such as relationship challenges and emotional disorders.

• Engage in outreach efforts to reconnect with clients and ensure follow-up on their progress post-therapy.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure the implementation of effective aftercare strategies as clients transition out of services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records as per regulatory requirements and ensure confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions through consistent assessment and client feedback, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include adults and families who are dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and adjustment disorders. Your role in providing empathetic and tailored counseling will be instrumental in helping them achieve emotional well-being and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a mental health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services.

• Competence in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to provide and document services.
