About The Role The role drives the initial stage of the revenue engine by identifying target accounts, initiating strategic outreach, and securing qualified meetings for enterprise account executives. The team operates in a fast-paced technology environment where rigorous pipeline generation, CRM hygiene, and high-volume multi-channel prospecting are essential to hitting quarterly growth targets. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound leads against established ideal customer profile criteria and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives Research prospective accounts, map organizational structures, and identify key decision-makers in target industries Maintain pristine data hygiene and track all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages within Salesforce Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to test new messaging sequences and refine target account lists Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators including dials, emails sent, and meetings booked What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in sales development, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely Demonstrated resilience, high energy, and a competitive drive to thrive in a metrics-driven target-quota environment Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field Bonus: Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft, and experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs #J-18808-Ljbffr
