Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement techniques that adhere to the physician's care strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions, ensuring each patient receives well-rounded, holistic care.
• Interact with patients and their caregivers, providing education and guidance on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications conducive to faster recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment protocols using our electronic health record system.
• Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to maximize patient outcomes and adhere to minimum utilization goals.
• Conduct patient consultations in their homes as needed, delivering personalized therapeutic care aligned with individual recovery needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve treating a diverse patient population, focusing primarily on orthopedic cases. You will work with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders, including both pediatric and adult patients. Building strong therapeutic relationships will be essential, as trust and engagement are vital for promoting successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited program required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• A strong desire to connect meaningfully with patients and establish relationships that enhance the therapeutic process.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience

Experience in treating orthopedic conditions, especially with a variety of age groups, is highly desirable. Candidates with previous experience in treating pediatrics or sports medicine will find this role particularly rewarding as we cater to a wide range of patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we provide:
