Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heart Share Healthcare Center, you'll be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team working within an outpatient treatment framework. Specifically, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, creating an environment where clients can share their experiences, support each other, and develop a sense of community.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathetic counseling that explores clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, aspirations, and desired outcomes.

• Monitor Progress: Continuously assess client progress through various evaluation tools, providing feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
