Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensively evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, identifying their intensity, frequency, and duration to establish therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop detailed, personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals, preferences, and specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' therapeutic goals.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, various treatment options available, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journey.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
