Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional challenges, and service needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and preferences, to enhance their journey toward recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family meetings, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment interventions as needed while documenting changes and outcomes in secure electronic health records.

• Provide crisis intervention and support by developing safety plans with clients confronting acute emotional distress or behavioral issues.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, fostering holistic client support.

• Engage in continuous professional development and attend training sessions to remain informed about advancements in mental health research and interventions.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases, reflect on clinical practice, and maintain quality treatment standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
