Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficient in building rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
