Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough chart reviews and collect relevant patient data to determine the most effective treatment plan.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights on medical histories and developing comprehensive care strategies.
• Clinical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of complex diagnoses, lab results, and contraindications to develop appropriate interventions.
• Treatment Planning: Innovate and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse cases, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Outcome Management: Track and manage clinical outcomes, addressing outlier cases in consultation with fellow therapists to ensure the best patient care.
• Workflow Optimization: Enhance clinical workflows to improve patient capture rates, referral processing, and scheduling efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a wide array of patient populations, from those recovering from surgeries to young clients with developmental needs. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
