Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with patients to deliver compassionate and inclusive physical therapy treatments that address orthopedic challenges and improve mobility.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Analyze patient data to create tailored treatment approaches that reflect each patient's unique health requirements and age-specific needs.
• Adhere to organizational policies and department protocols while delivering patient care, ensuring high standards of safety and efficacy.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for a diverse clientele, including individuals with orthopedic as well as neurological disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
