Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual therapy or require flexibility due to transportation or other issues.

• Manage and maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n
