This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that support your work-life balance. Our team operates within a regular schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring time for personal commitments while providing our clients with reliable support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, tailoring evaluations to each individual's unique experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, integrating their feedback and preferences while aligning with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful progress and recovery in clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, effective treatment strategies, and essential self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs and challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the field of mental health and mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team collaborations through case consultations and team meetings to refine clinical practices and share knowledge with peers.

• Act as an advocate for clients, addressing stigma associated with mental health issues and promoting awareness of available resources and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will provide therapy and support for clients across various age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs and circumstances, as each person's experience with mental health is unique.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals in treatment planning.

• Proven track record of delivering successful mental health outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect with diverse clients effectively.
