Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to guide clients toward their goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, actively promoting a safe space for open dialogue and emotional expression.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients facing complex challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients in acute distress, utilizing appropriate assessment tools to determine the level of care needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population comprising individuals and families from various backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
