Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and eliminate barriers to treatment and effectively plan interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to students and their families, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities to foster emotional and psychological well-being.

• Document all social work activities in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining accurate and updated patient records to promote continuity of care.

• Offer educational resources and support to students and families, helping them understand mental health conditions and adhere to recommended treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with active LCSW licensure recognized by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
