Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and potential treatment needs during initial consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and educational interventions aimed at improving patients' functional abilities.
• Utilize advanced modalities and technologies to enhance patient outcomes and optimize rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise regimens, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions. These may include post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. As a home care specialist, you will provide treatment in patients' own environments, an approach that has been shown to significantly enhance engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in California.
• CPR certification is preferred.

• A background in orthopedic physical therapy, with an emphasis on manual therapy skills and holistic health care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
