The practice is primarily focused on patients who possess private medical insurance, allowing us to provide tailored care that prioritizes individual wellness and development.

Work Environment

This role requires an onsite presence, enabling you to engage closely with both patients and colleagues in a collaborative workspace. You will join a team comprised of two skilled physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all committed to delivering exceptional care standards. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while dedicating your time to enriching the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage individual patient caseloads by developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the objectives and requirements of patients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
• Provide cost-effective therapies that enhance mobility and bodily functions, minimizing reliance on medications and invasive surgical procedures.
• Facilitate and motivate patients through their rehabilitation process, promoting active engagement and personal accountability in achieving functional improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals, to optimize comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress notes meticulously in compliance with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) standards.

The primary patient demographic encompasses individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of advanced therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred to ensure familiarity with specific treatment regimens and patient management.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and EMR platforms, specifically WebPT, which facilitates operational efficiency and enhances patient documentation accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
