Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring accurate understanding of individual needs.

• Deliver tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on identified therapeutic goals, adapting techniques to best support the patient's journey.

• Manage administrative responsibilities, including accurate billing, documentation, and development of individualized treatment plans within specified time frames.

• Collaborate with clients to craft meaningful crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to facilitate sustained stability and recovery.

• Develop and implement personalized discharge plans upon treatment completion, coordinating with other services as necessary for continuity of care.

• Adhere strictly to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory frameworks, and organizational policies, ensuring best practice standards in clinical care.

• Commit to professional growth by engaging in ongoing training and continuing education, assessing progress and enhancing clinical competence regularly.

• Participate actively in case consultation and agency meetings to share insights, strategies, and support among team members.

• Fulfill all licensing and mandatory training requirements, reinforcing a culture of compliance and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
