Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic and supportive concierge medicine environment, where we prioritize personalized care and patient engagement. Our practice focuses on house calls, allowing the Nurse Practitioner to offer convenient and tailored treatments in the comfort of our patients’ homes. As part of our onsite team in Dallas, you will have the opportunity to build deeper relationships with patients in a one-on-one setting, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while receiving essential dermatology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including a detailed medical history and physical examinations to identify dermatologic issues.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic dermatologic diseases, formulating treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on necessary diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies, to make informed medical decisions.
• Prescribe medications and initiate treatments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific conditions, ensuring safe and effective use of pharmacological therapies.
• Provide patient education and counseling on skin health, preventive care strategies, and wellness promotion to empower individuals in managing their dermatological health.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate continuity of services for our patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up protocols diligently.

Qualifications

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license in any state, with a preference for candidates licensed in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of strong clinical experience in Medical Dermatology, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosis and treatment of skin disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, exercising sound clinical judgement and decision-making in diverse patient scenarios.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and digital tools for efficient patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional certifications in dermatology, experience with cosmetic procedures, and an advanced understanding of the latest dermatological treatments may enhance your candidacy. Compensation and Benefits
