As a Dermatology Physician Assistant at Healthy Skin Wellness, you will operate in a bustling clinical office environment with a dedicated medical team. The facility adheres to stringent health safety standards due to frequent exposure to communicable diseases, blood-borne pathogens, and other typical hazards associated with a medical center. Your role involves considerable interaction with patients, healthcare staff, consultants, and administrative personnel, necessitating strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts promptly. On occasion, you may also be required to deliver medical care in various settings, reinforcing the versatility required in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment for various dermatological illnesses and injuries, ensuring that all services fall within the scope of your training and experience, as well as the directives of the supervising physician.
• Document patient interactions and medical processes by charting detailed accounts of each visit, including writing orders and progress notes that will be countersigned by the supervising physician.
• Actively collaborate with the medical staff to ensure coordinated care that meets the established standards of high-quality medical treatment and patient service.
• Assist management in identifying work challenges, analyzing them, and developing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate clinical procedures and suggest improvements, promoting an ongoing commitment to quality assurance and enhanced patient outcomes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and adhere to ethical standards in all facets of practice.
• Facilitate communication between patients and the medical team, addressing any concerns and providing thorough education on treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
