Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic hospital setting surrounded by a supportive and tenured team of healthcare professionals. This role requires you to perform tasks onsite, providing hands-on care and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other specialists. The position entails a structured work week from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel while providing additional support for physician overflow, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.
• Conduct thorough history and physical examinations for all assigned patients, utilizing established protocols to assess and diagnose conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, x-rays, and additional treatments, including rehabilitation services that align with diagnostic findings.
• Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care, including specialty referrals when needed, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
• Offer education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be engaging with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various ages, backgrounds, and health statuses. Qualifications

• Must possess an unrestricted State Medical License to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting as a Physician Assistant, showcasing strong clinical skills and proficiency.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies; a Master’s Degree is preferred to ensure a higher level of expertise.
• Proficient in critical thinking, effective communication, and patient management, demonstrating a capacity to engage in problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting is strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will also be advantageous in providing efficient patient care and maintaining accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
