Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients facing serious mental health issues, ensuring adherence to established ethical guidelines.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Engage with clients in various settings, including virtual platforms, to maintain close communication and provide ongoing support.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop and monitor treatment strategies that align with team goals and client needs.

• Record and maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in accordance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with may experience a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
