Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups via telehealth sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, to facilitate effective client growth.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania is necessary for consideration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
