Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic sessions to develop individualized treatment goals in line with clinical policies and regulations.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and consultative meetings with team members to enhance integrated care approaches and maintain high-quality standards.

• Contribute to multidisciplinary committees aimed at improving clinical practices and enhancing service delivery models.

• Engage in special programs and projects, providing expertise in specific areas of treatment required by the organization.

• Adhere to department metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and effectiveness in delivering mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse array of individuals, including but not limited to, children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• 1-2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for those who have completed a counseling internship.

• Occasional physical requirements include the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and possess specific vision strengths necessary for client assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities, particularly EMDR for trauma-informed care (certification required).

• Knowledge or experience in health psychology, specifically regarding chronic health issues or pain management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
