Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses for individuals, couples, and families, creating informed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, balancing individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions as necessary.

• Document client interactions meticulously, including ongoing diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and comprehensive case notes, all adhering to company policies.

• Foster a supportive rapport with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance our community-focused mission.

• Coordinate therapeutic services with case managers, families, and medical professionals to create a holistic support system around each client.

• Utilize innovative techniques and interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, constantly adapting strategies to meet their evolving needs.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
