Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their personal history, presenting concerns, and risk factors that may affect their well-being.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on addressing mental health issues, and enhancing emotional resilience.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our organization to coordinate care for clients and share resources effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
