Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to evaluate their needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities as appropriate for each client’s specific circumstances.
\n
• Maintain accurate billing and documentation, including treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, adhering to regulatory timelines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety and wellness plans to support stability for patients and their families.
\n
• Create a thorough discharge plan that provides guidance and support to individuals transitioning out of services.
\n
• Stay compliant with all federal and state laws, NEHS policies, and ethical guidelines to ensure safe and professional practice.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and education.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to a collaborative approach to patient care.
\n
• Complete mandatory training and maintain your licensure to ensure optimal service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
