As a remote team member, you will leverage our advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients in a flexible work environment. Your primary responsibilities will be conducted during our standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, employing well-established evidence-based practices to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied patient population, experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
