Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts across assigned territories. In this position, the Senior Account Executive will conduct virtual consultations with working families, assess their coverage needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and guide clients through enrollment. The role includes maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, handling account inquiries, and providing policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected. Day-to-day tasks involve managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, meeting performance targets, and documenting all client interactions in CRM systems. The Senior Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in remote training sessions, and support business development initiatives to expand market reach.\n

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term accounts.

• Sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including experience managing a pipeline and meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written correspondence in a remote environment.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized while handling multiple accounts and priorities.

• Comfort with digital tools and remote work technologies, such as CRM platforms, video conferencing, and online collaboration tools.

• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related client-facing field is highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a commitment to serving diverse working families.

• Relevant professional licensing (or willingness and ability to obtain required insurance licenses) and a high school diploma or higher education; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
