Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized techniques tailored to clients' distinct needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as necessary, supporting clients experiencing acute mental health issues in a compassionate, empowering manner.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and clinical notes, thus ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage clients and their families through education about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following designations: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
