Our work schedule is structured Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Radiance Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing complex medical and psychiatric challenges. Our clients often present with co-occurring conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing targeted support to these individuals, helping them navigate their mental health journey while addressing intertwined medical issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
