Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailoring individualized therapy strategies based on client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to diverse clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you will engage with a broad spectrum of patients, many of whom have limited access to mental health services. This includes working with adults, children, families, and couples, each facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on your availability and clinical experience.
