Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and challenges, formulating clinical diagnoses based on recognized assessment tools and techniques.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available therapies, and resources, while advocating for clients’ needs and rights within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
